Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Good Gaming Group, Intershore Chambers, P.O. Box 4342, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, VG1110. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we may have about you
- your account, if you made one: your email, the name you show, a password kept only as a hash, your picture;
- your reviews and reports, and the emails we sent you about them;
- logs of your visits, including your IP address, for up to 30 days;
- emails you sent us, and our replies.
Page views and clicks are counted as totals that don’t identify you. The country you chose is kept in your own browser: see the cookie policy.
Legal bases
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): your account and what you post with it.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): delivering and securing the site, working out your country, counting page views and clicks as totals, stopping abuse, replying to messages.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): when the law requires us to keep or disclose data.
Your rights
- Access: get a copy of the data we have about you.
- Correction: have wrong data fixed.
- Erasure: have your data deleted.
- Restriction: ask us to stop using it for a while.
- Portability: get the data you gave us in a common file format.
- Objection: object to uses based on our legitimate interests.
How to use them
In your account: download a copy of your data, change it, or delete the account in your account.
In your browser: clear everything the site stored from the cookie policy.
By email: write to [email protected] and tell us what you’d like us to do. We answer within 30 days. If we can’t tell whether some data is yours, for example logs linked only to an IP address, we may ask for details that help us find it.
No automated decisions about you
We don’t profile visitors or let a computer make decisions about you. Similarity percentages and groups are calculated from casino data only, and they are the same for everyone who picks the same options.
International transfers
We are based in the British Virgin Islands. When personal data from the EEA or the UK goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we use standard contractual clauses and limit what each provider receives.
Complaints
If you aren’t happy with our answer, you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK. We’d be glad of the chance to put things right first.
