About these terms

These terms apply when you use nextcasino.online (“the site”), which is run by Good Gaming Group (see the imprint). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What the site is, and isn’t

nextcasino.online describes online casinos in plain words: how fast they pay out, how you can pay, which games and languages they have, which licences they hold and which countries they accept. You can browse them, filter them, compare two side by side and find the ones most like a casino you know.

We are not a casino. We don’t take bets, we don’t hold casino accounts and we never handle money between you and a casino. A free account on the site lets you write reviews; a casino can have a business account to keep its details up to date and reply to reviews.

18+ and the law where you live

You must be 18 or older to use the site, or older if the legal gambling age where you live is higher. Online gambling isn’t legal everywhere. Before you play at any casino, including the ones described here, it is up to you to check the rules in your country.

When you choose a country, we hide casinos that say they don’t accept players from it. That helps, but it isn’t legal advice: the casino’s own terms and your local law decide.

Information, not advice

Gambling can be addictive. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to gamble or a promise that you will win. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If it stops being fun, see our responsible gaming page.

Similarity percentages and groups describe what two casinos have in common in our data. They don’t rate how good, safe or fair a casino is, and they don’t tell you how it will treat you.

Casino details can change

Our database describes 1,160 casinos and was last updated on recently. Casinos change their payment methods, limits, bonuses and licences often, and we can’t catch every change on the day it happens. Where our data has no answer, we show “Not listed” instead of guessing.

Always read a casino’s own terms before you sign up or pay in, especially the bonus terms and withdrawal limits. Spotted a mistake? Write to [email protected] and we’ll fix it.

Your account

You need an account to write a review: posting with only your email makes one for you, and the link we send confirms it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is posted with your account.

You can delete your account at any time in your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and hide what it posted.

Reviews and survey answers

When you write a review or tell us why you left a casino, you confirm that it is true, based on your own experience and not written by or for a casino. You keep the rights to what you write and allow us, free of charge, to show it on the site, summarise it and count it in totals.

Every review is checked before it appears. We may refuse or remove anything false, abusive or promotional, or anything that contains someone’s personal details. A casino with a business account can reply under a review; its replies are checked too. Casinos can’t pay to change or remove a review.

Fair use

Please don’t:

  • send fake, repeated or paid-for reviews or survey answers, or use several accounts to do it;
  • copy the site or its database in bulk, or scrape it fast enough to slow it down;
  • try to break into the site, test its security without permission or disrupt it;
  • use the site to promote a casino, or to help anyone get round a self-exclusion.

Our content, and other people’s names

The site, its design, text, database and matching method belong to Good Gaming Group or to those who license them to us. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back.

Casino names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to show which casino we are describing.

Other websites

Casino websites and the help organisations we link to are run by others. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, their terms or what they do. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our liability

We describe casinos as accurately as we can, but we provide the site “as is”, with no promise that it is complete, free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using the site or from playing at a casino you found here, including lost bets, bonuses or winnings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Changes

We may change the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version, and if a change matters we’ll say so on the site. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and its courts can hear disputes. If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of your country’s mandatory consumer law and can bring a claim there.
