Who we are

nextcasino.online is run by Good Gaming Group, Intershore Chambers, P.O. Box 4342, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, VG1110. We decide how your personal data is used, which makes us its “controller” under data-protection law.

For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect, and why

WhatWhenWhy
Your countryOur network works out your country from your connection, as a two-letter code. You can also choose one yourself.To hide casinos that don’t accept players from it, and show its bonuses
Technical dataOn every visit: IP address, browser, device type and the pages requested, recorded by our hosting.To deliver pages, keep the site secure and stop abuse
Your accountWhen you make one: your email, the name you show, a password kept only as a hash and, if you add one, a picture.To sign you in, show your reviews and send you emails about them
Reviews and reportsWhen you write a review (the rating, the text, the country you name and when) or report one.To show reviews on casino pages after a check, and remove the ones that break the rules
Exit survey answersWhen you tell us why you left a casino.To count reasons on casino pages, as totals
Your emailsWhen you write to us or use the contact form.To reply
Page viewsWhen a page opens: which page, as a count for the day. No cookie, no address.To see which pages are useful
Casino link clicksWhen you follow a link to a casino: the casino, the page and your country, without your address or a cookie.So a casino can credit us for a visit

What we don’t collect

  • You don’t need an account to use the site, and we never ask for your address or date of birth.
  • We never see your casino username, password, balance or payment details.
  • We don’t sell personal data, build advertising profiles or use advertising cookies.

What stays in your browser

To remember your choices, the site keeps a few small items in your browser’s storage: the country you chose, the country detected for this visit, that you saw the cookie notice, and your answer to the exit survey for a casino so you can change it. If you sign in, cookies keep you signed in. You can delete them at any time.

The full list, with how long each item is kept, is in our cookie policy.

How we use it

  • to show casinos that accept players from your country, and the bonuses offered there;
  • to run your account if you make one, and show your reviews under the name you chose;
  • to send the emails you ask for or need: confirming your address, a new password, what happened to your review;
  • to deliver the site, keep it secure and stop abuse such as fake reviews;
  • to reply when you write to us;
  • to count page views and clicks on casino links as totals, without knowing who you are.

We don’t use your data to decide anything about you. Similarity percentages come from casino data only.

Legal bases

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, we rely on:

  • Contract to run your account and show what you post with it.
  • Legitimate interests to work out your country, keep the site secure, stop abuse, count page views and clicks as totals and reply to messages. We keep this data small, so it doesn’t outweigh your rights.
  • Legal obligation where the law requires us to keep or hand over data.

Who else sees data

We share data only with companies that help run the site, under contracts that limit what they may do with it:

  • Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks, checks forms for robots (Turnstile) and keeps our pictures and backups (R2). It sees your IP address and works out your country.
  • Resend sends our emails, so it sees your email address and what we send you.
  • Our hosting provider runs the server the site and its database are on.
  • Google Fonts delivers the fonts. Your browser asks Google for them, so Google sees your IP address.

When you follow a “Visit” link, the casino can see that you came from us, because partner links carry our partner code. It gets nothing else from us: not your account, your reviews or your answers.

Data outside your country

We are based in the British Virgin Islands, and our providers work around the world. When data from the EEA or the UK goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we use the standard contractual clauses approved for that purpose, and give each provider only what it needs.

How long we keep it

  • Your account: until you delete it. Your published reviews then stay under “a former member”, unless you choose to delete them too.
  • Reviews: while they are on the site, or until you delete them.
  • Technical logs: up to 30 days.
  • Emails we send you, and whether they arrived: up to 12 months.
  • Your emails to us: up to 12 months after the conversation ends.
  • Page views: only as totals per page and day.
  • Clicks on casino links: up to 12 months, then only as totals.
  • Exit survey answers: up to 24 months, then only as totals.
  • Items in your browser: until you clear them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or take away your data, or object to how we use it. With an account you can download a copy of your data, or delete the account, in your account yourself. For anything else, write to [email protected] and we’ll answer within 30 days. The details are on our GDPR page.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are kept only as secure hashes, and our team signs in with passkeys. Only the people who need personal data can see it, and we keep as little as possible, so there is less to lose.

Age

The site is for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top, and if a change is important we say so on the site.
